About Purr

Purr began with one cat who ignored every toy we bought her, and a dog who chewed the rest. We wanted things for them that were soft, safe and lasting, and that looked at home in a living room. So we started making them.

Today we make beds, toys, collars, bowls and knitwear for cats and dogs of every size, in small batches, from cotton, wool, leather and wood.

Our goal

To make everyday life with pets a little calmer: things that do their job well, wash easily and last for years, at a fair price.

Every product is tested at home first, by our own cats and dogs, before it reaches yours.
